Overruns and under runs can occur on large quantity orders of advertising specialties excluding apparel, awards and other high dollar items. Please ask when you place your order if this applies to your product selection.
The number of pieces that were printed in excess of the quantity specified/ the production run of fewer pieces than the amount specified. The industry standard on most products is +5%, with the exception being on paper and plastic bags. They can range from +10 to +25%. We bill on the actual quantity shipped.
Every effort will be taken to make shipments as required, however, Identity Concepts reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity
