Tackle twill is a process of cutting out logo's, numbers and letters from twill fabric and sewn on to a garment. This is a great look for sports teams or a custom alternative to make your company logo stand out. Tackle twill is an extreme labor intense process that involves a specialist cutting out & sewing on each individual logo, number or letter one at a time. 1. A running stitch marks the outline. When complete, your machine will stop so you can easily place your fabric.
2. After you secure the background color in place, choose a thread color - begin the cover stitch (satin or zig-zag).
3. For a 2-color design, your machine will repeat the first step allowing you to position the foreground.
4. The program finishes sewing the top layer to complete the return.
